Action Stations |
A great alternative to traditional sit-down meals! Create your own pasta, visit the carvery or have your seafood blackened to your liking. Our chefs will make sure there is plenty of action... please note that stations should be used in combination of at least 3 to allow for variety and portioning. Salad bar:

Seafood Bounty station:

Blackened chicken fillets with pineapple jalapeno salsa cajun slow roast jumbo shrimp with spicy tomato sauce. Rice creole, chicken jambalaya corn bread with sweet butter

A cornucopia of European favorites all artfully arranged including grilled eggplant, roasted red peppers, roma tomatoes, bocconcini cheese, olives, marinated mushrooms, crisp crudite, cappicolla, genoa salami, prosciutto, assorted cheeses and marinated seafood
